Early identification and Claims Notification
At a time when legal issues surrounding financial advice professionals are increasing, early identification and notification of a circumstance, claim or potential claim is essential.
If during the period of your policy you receive any complaint, or become aware of any circumstance that may likely give rise to a claim, you should notify your insurer immediately.*
Giving Notice
You must inform your insurer immediately of: any claim made against you, any circumstance of which you become aware that is likely to give rise to a claim or loss covered under one of our policies and any loss, event or occurrence that will be the subject of cover under our policy or may be the subject of an indemnity under this policy.*

It is extremely refreshing to meet a PI Insurance Broker that not only understands your sector intimately, but also understands the important stages between assessing risk and the steps a business takes to mitigate these. After meeting Jamie and his team they were able to accurately articulate this to the insurers and underwriters and develop a first-class PI programme for us.
